Our Leadership

Discreet, institutional-grade advisory supported by globally experienced leadership with over 100 years of combined experience across finance, government engagement, and international development.

About Our Leadership

JGA is a privately held advisory platform owned by its founding principals, Julius James and Margaret James, whose combined leadership spans more than eight decades. This foundation is further strengthened by JGA directors, who contribute an additional two decades of institutional experience across global banking, capital markets, and strategic finance.

JGA directors and leadership operate at the intersection of public and private sector advisory, delivering institutional rigor across capital strategy, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning. Engagements span government, multilateral, and corporate environments where discretion, governance, and measurable outcomes are non-negotiable.

The firm supports sovereign and institutional stakeholders across economic development, funding strategy, sustainability financing, and cross-border coordination, operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments requiring disciplined execution and high-trust engagement.
